8 Weeks Postpartum

This week I lost 1 pound! So now I have lost a total of 32 pounds! I have 8 more pounds to go to get to my pre pregnancy weight! This week I ran 2 miles 4 days this week and did my arm and ab workout as well as a leg workout on 2 of the days! I can't believe Deacon is 2 months today! He is such a great baby and sleeps through everything!

7 Weeks Postpartum

  Down another pound! I'm slowly getting there! Some days I get frustrated just wishing I could lose the weight faster but I am happy with my one pound a week! So I have lost 31 pounds! This week I did the same routine as last week but ran a full mile without stopping! My goal this week is to do a mile and a half without stopping! Deacon is doing great! He is such and alert baby and he is wanting to roll over so bad! Dacen is really starting to take to him now and wants to hold the bottle when he sees me feeding him! It's so cute! I am still on maternity leave! I have 5 weeks left! It's going by wayyyy to fast!

6 Weeks Postpartum

 I have now lost a total of 30 pounds! I lost one more pound this week so now I have 10 pounds to go! This week I worked out Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri since Thur was Halloween! I ran/walked 2 miles, crunches and arms all 4 days and my leg workout 2 days. This week my goal is to run a full mile instead of stopping to walk during it! Hoping to get the last 10 pounds off by New Year's!
