6 Weeks Postpartum

 I have now lost a total of 30 pounds! I lost one more pound this week so now I have 10 pounds to go! This week I worked out Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri since Thur was Halloween! I ran/walked 2 miles, crunches and arms all 4 days and my leg workout 2 days. This week my goal is to run a full mile instead of stopping to walk during it! Hoping to get the last 10 pounds off by New Year's!
