5 Weeks Postpartum

     It's been 5 weeks now! This week I lost 1 pound again so now I have lost a total if 29 pounds and I have 11 more to go! This week I ran/walked 1 mile and just walked 1 mile! I did my arm workout and abs Mon-Thur and on Mon I did a leg workout! Holy smokes! I was soooo sore I could only do it on Monday after that this whole week I have been dying! But I am finally not sore so this coming week I'm going to try and do it twice! My goal is to hopefully lose atleast another pound! I think these last 11 pounds are going to take awhile! But as long as I am losing a pound a week I am happy with that!
