Date Night

     Steve and I had our anniversary last week.  Our 9 year anniversary was on July 17th!  But since Steve just had surgery we stayed in and decided to celebrate when he felt better!  So tonight we celebrated by having a date night at The Melting Pot.  The Melting Pot is one of my favorite restaurants!  If you are not familiar with the restaurant, it is a fondue restaurant.  The food is awesome and the experience of it all is what is so enjoyable to me! When I was pregnant with Dacen I craved The Melting Pot ALL the time! It was one expensive craving to have! LOL! I craved it so much that Steve even tried to make me the fondue cheese one night!  Let's just say it didn't quite turn out like The Melting Pot's! But it was sweet of him to try!  Dacen is staying the night with his Granny J and Auntie Dacey tonight!  It's so wierd when Steve and I go out to eat by ourselves now!  We are so used to having to grab the sugar off the table or make sure Dacen isn't pouring out all the salt and pepper! LOL!  I always miss the little booger but it was nice to have a date night with Steve! It was oh so yummy, but I am oh so full!  I can't believe it has been 9 years!  We have actually been together for 14 years! It's crazy how fast time flies by!  Looking forward to all the years to come!
